Return policy

Cartier creations purchased through or Client Relations Center may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Conditions of Sale.

Please note:

You may return your creation to the distribution center within 30 days following delivery, for exchange or for refund to your credit card or PayPal account. Merchandise credits are not issued through the Cartier e-boutique or Client Relations Center. For holiday orders purchased between Nov. 1st and Dec 31st, returns and exchanges will be accepted through Jan 15th.

You are also welcome to visit a Cartier retail boutique in the United States to process the exchange or refund. Please allow several business days to see the refund on your bank statement.

You may return or exchange your Cartier creation in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Cartier will not accept any return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

Should you wish to make a return or exchange by mail, please contact us by phone at 1-800-CARTIER to make arrangements. A Cartier Ambassador will provide you with a return authorization number, which must be noted on the return form included in the original shipment.

Please send back your return or exchange via the provided pre-paid FedEx shipping label. We strongly recommend you keep note of your return tracking number which is located on the label itself.

Engraved or embossed creations cannot be returned to Cartier for exchange or refund.

Special order, personalized and made-to-order creations cannot be returned to Cartier for exchange or refund.

Watch bracelets that have been adjusted must be returned with the exact same number of links as in the original delivery package.
