Only Cartier creations purchased from a Cartier Boutique, the Cartier e-Boutique or Client Relation Center, or an authorized Cartier retailer receive the full benefits of Cartier’s International Guarantee. In order to benefit from this, we request that you present the Warranty Card, which can be found in the delivery package that contains your Cartier creation. This Warranty Card should be filled out, dated, stamped and signed by a Cartier Boutique, by the Cartier e-Boutique distribution center or by an authorized Cartier dealer.
